ok i need a flash banner

On the left i would like 2 people chatting
and on the right i would like the word: Welcome To Chat Away at the top right
and under it in smaller letters i would like these words to fade in

And i would like that to face in then disappear in like 10 secs then come back on and keep doing that
And i would like some texture in the back ground and idc what it is like
then background color i would like that dark reddish colour on my forum as the back ground

All i need is some texts showing up on this picture:
I need that image to have Black text like popping up letter for letter at the very top
so i want it to be like
C then h pops up then a pops up then t pops up then space then A pops up and so on and i would like it to say
Chat Away Admin
and all poping up letter by letter
And i want it to keep doing that and once it says Chat Away Admin i would like it to stay like that for 5 secs then start over
Hope this isn't to much
I need these to be like animated

Sry it might take a while im setting up a clan and i have to sort everything out members and stuff and this website im trying to make is pissing me off

sry i dont think i will get it done i got a few bad viruses last night and had to restart my computer and forgot to make back up of photoshop and need to get it of my friend again very sry.
